Teamscape was established by Phillip Ralph and David Mills.
Phillip and David met nearly 27 years ago as recruits in the Victoria Police Force. David’s career progressed into the aviation industry where he became a fully qualified commercial airline pilot, while Phillip pursued a path in corporate training, coaching and facilitating.

Phillip Ralph Phillip’s passion is working with leaders and teams whose desire is to achieve high levels of performance and to make a difference. In 2007 Phillip founded The Leadership Sphere, a company that helps leaders achieve sustainable and positive change by unlocking energy and potential at the individual, team and organisational level. |

David Mills As a fully qualified commercial airline pilot with 25 years experience and co-founder of ASI Aviation Consultants, David has experienced first-hand the positive impact of good team policies and practices. David is passionate about sharing the knowledge and experiences gained from his aviation career with the business world. |
Partnership
In 2008, The Leadership Sphere and ASI Aviation Consultants formed Teamscape to harness the knowledge, skills and experience of both organisations. From this partnership, the n•2™ programs and development pathways have been developed.
